水と土の芸術祭2012ー作品公募ー
水と土の芸術祭実行委員会は「転換点」をテーマとして「水と土の芸術祭2012」を開催します。 信濃川下流域を中心とした市内各所の屋外、屋内施設で展示するサイトスペシフィック作品（平面、立体、映像、インスタレーションなどのジャンルを含む）の提案を募集します。 審査を通過した作品は芸術祭の期間中に展示されます。

Water and Land Niigata Art Festival 2012
-Open Call for Art Projects-
Water and Land―Niigata Art Festival 2012: A Turning Point (hosted by the Water and Land―Niigata Art Festival Executive Committee) is now accepting proposals for various genres of site-specific artwork in the form of both 2D and 3D works, including videos and installations that will be presented indoors and outdoors, mainly around the lower reaches of the Shinano River and the surrounding areas throughout Niigata City. Projects that have passed the screening process will be displayed during Water and Land―Niigata Art Festival 2012.
